Long Biased

The Long Biased funds invest mainly in stocks, and may also invest part of their NAV in currencies, fixed-income and derivatives.

Long biased funds, in our opinion, are more complete than long only equity funds (FIAs) and the percentage rate traded on the stock exchange can fluctuate significantly.

Equity Hedge

The funds known as Equity Hedge are hedge funds subject to benchmark CDI, using stocks in their portfolio to maximize return.

In conceptual terms, the volatility of an equity hedge fund is much lower than that of a long biased fund, with an average term for its investments.
