Adriana Mantovani
Partner and Investors Relations
Responsible for Investor Relations at Meraki. She began her career at Bradesco Asset participating in regulatory and commercial risk teams focused on the distribution of funds. She has a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Investments and Financial Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Partner and Equity Research Analyst
Equity Research Analyst at Meraki. With more than 16 years of experience in the capital market, she has worked as investment analyst at Fator Administração de Recursos, at Family Office Galvão Administradora de Recursos and at Sulamerica Investimentos. Before joining Meraki, she was a member of the variable income analysis team at Bradesco Asset. She has a degree in Business Administration from EAESP FGV and a Masters’ Degree in Economy from EESP FGV.
Arthur Antezana
Partner and COO
Responsible for Meraki Fund Operations (COO). He has over 20 years of experience in the financial market, working at Santander Asset, Western Asset and HSBC Bank. Arthur worked in the Compliance & Risks, Customer Service, Middle Office and Back Office areas of Investment Funds and Pension Funds. He has a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Osvaldo Cruz.

Partner and Marketing
Responsible for the Marketing area at Meraki. Began her career in Communication and Marketing at Kantar group and, later, in a large company of cardio-hospital equipment. Before joining Meraki, she worked in the illiquid business area of an important Single Family Office in Brazil. She has a degree in Social Communication from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing from Mackenzie and an MBA in Shares and Stock Picking from IBMEC.

Responsible for the Trading and Data Science department at Meraki. He started his professional career at Santander Asset, where he worked as variable income operator for three years. Then, he worked at the variable income and derivatives desk at JGP Gestão. He has a degree in Administration from FEA USP.

Lia Maria Aguiar
Investor Partner
Lia is Meraki’s investor partner, shareholder of one of the biggest private banks in the country and the daughter of Amador Aguiar. She currently has a Family Office that manages part of her assets and is one of the biggest philanthropists in Brazil, president of the Foundation named after her, where she is dedicated to social projects oriented toward children and adolescents in the municipality of Campos do Jordão.

As Meraki’s Founding Partner, Luiz holds the positions of both CEO and CRO. With extensive experience in a range sectors and businesses, Luiz was the managing partner of a company operating in the agroindustry segment, executive officer of one of the main Brazilian charitable entities and CEO of an important Single Family Office in Brazil. Luiz has a degree in Business Administration from PUC SP.

Founding Partner and CIO
Founding Partner responsible for Meraki Fund Management (CIO). Roberto has extensive experience in asset management in the Brazilian capital market, and has worked as head of total return equities at Bradesco Asset, head of equities at Santander Asset, head of the proprietary stock trading desk at ABN Amro Bank and portfolio manager at BankBoston, among others. Roberto was also an advisor at AMEC and Câmara de Ações of B3. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from UFMG.

He works as an Economist at Meraki. He began his career at Banco Brasil Plural as a sell side economist. He then worked as a buy-side economist at Ethica Asset Managemente and Mauá Capital. He has a degree in economics from Insper-SP and a master's degree from Puc-Rio.
Stefan Darakdjian
Founding Partner, CFO and Equity Research Analyst
Founding Partner holding the positions of CFO and Equity Research Analyst. Stefan has been an entrepreneur since university; he has managed fuel distribution companies and was one of the founding partners of the second biggest cargo tracking companies in Brazil. After this, he was dedicated to the capital market, where he worked for more than 10 years in one of the biggest stockbrokers in the Brazilian market, analyzing companies in the financial sector. He has a degree in Business Administration from FAAP.
